The Comissão de Viticultura da Região dos Vinhos Verdes, whose statutes have been published in the official Portuguese bulletin, is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee.

The Board of Directors is presided by the Chairman of the Executive Commission and is composed of 10 representatives from the production sector (farmer's cooperatives, producer's associations and producers/bottlers associations) and 10 representatives from the trade sector (bottlers/wholesalers and ANCEVE, bottling cooperatives and producers-bottlers associations).

The Executive Committee assures the routine management of the CVRVV, including the implementation of statutory rules and regulations and those issued by the Board of Directors.
